Agreed in writing
Your fee percentage and how long it applies are set in our agreement before any work begins.

Measured on real bills
Savings are the difference between your baseline bills and your bills after changes, using your actual invoices.

Refunds shared too
When we recover past overcharges, the refund is shared on the same terms. If nothing is recovered, nothing is owed.

Then it's all yours
After the agreed period ends, you keep 100% of the ongoing savings.
